"Stephanie was great! She got my quote started and was very professional and kind. She helped me understand my policy and the ways I would be saving by switching. She also helped me understand and confirmed to me multiple times that the quote she gave me was accurate. I was really shocked at how much I was saving by switching and adding a new vehicle that I just purchased a few days ago. It was hard to accept that this new policy was the same and had more to offer than my current one. I made the switch immediately. On another note, Stephanie also gave me advice about how to cancel my current policy and how to move forward and welcomed me to call or email if I had any further questions. Overall, great customer service and great savings. I feel so relieved!"
